WIMBLEDON, England (AP) - Roger Federer is back on top of men's tennis after posting his seventh Wimbledon title and 17th Grand Slam crown by downing third-seed Andy Murray 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4. The loss was dismaying for the host Brits, who were hoping that Scotsman Murray could become the first British man since Fred Perry in 1936 to win Wimbledon.
