KWBG Sports for December 13th

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - Philadelphia ended a three-game losing
streak to Dallas with a 30-27 victory over the Cowboys that gives
the Eagles a half-game lead over the New York Giants, pending
tonight's Giants-Vikings game. DeSean Jackson caught four passes
for 210 yards, including a go-ahead 91-yard touchdown pass early in
the fourth quarter.

DETROIT (AP) - In the wake of the snowstorm that collapsed the
Metrodome in Minneapolis, the NFC has hastily moved the
Giants-Vikings game to tonight at Detroit's Ford Field where the
NFL says admission will be free. The game will be televised by Fox,
but only to the Minnesota and New York markets, with Brett Favre
(fahrv) considered a game-time decision on whether he starts his
298th straight game because of a shoulder injury.

CHICAGO (AP) - The New England Patriots clinched a playoff berth
for the eighth time in 10 years with a 36-7 pounding of Chicago at
blustery Soldier Field. Tom Brady threw for 369 yards and two
touchdowns in the Patriots' fifth straight dominating victory.

PITTSBURGH (AP) - The Pittsburgh Steelers closed in on a playoff
berth by routing Cincinnati 23-7, the Bengals' 10th straight
defeat. Troy Polamalu (pohl-uh-MAH'-loo) and LaMarr Woodley
returned interceptions by Carson Palmer for touchdowns.

COOLUM, Australia (AP) - Australia's Peter Senior won the
rain-delayed Australian PGA on Monday, beating Geoff Ogilvy
